Daddy & Owen's Snowman

Owen has asked since the first of December when it was going to snow so he could make a snowman and go sledding. We finally had a snowstorm a couple weeks ago that dropped enough snow to make a snowman. Owen's responses to Barry's questions sure do make me smile and laugh. I sure do love my "buddy bear" as we so fondly call him.

Owen & Daddy Ice Fishing

Ever since Barry caught the "ice fishing bug," Owen has wanted to go with him. Owen's wish came true when Barry took him a couple weeks ago. This was a first for Owen, and he though he got a little bored at times, he  gets so excited when a fish is caught.

Pistachio Bread

This Christmas I made a couple loaves of pistachio bread for the ladies I visit teach. One of them requested this recipe so I figured I'd post it here for her and everyone to enjoy. It is SOOO moist and yummy. It's one of my father-in-law's favorites at Christmas.

Title: Pistachio Bread
